As in Italy we assist to a national strike #scioperogenerale, we ask ourselves the way our category should mobilise in absence of a contract and enduring an extremely precarious work-life. ADI invited some scholars who are also engaged at various levels in activism to share their experiences in order to set a common agenda, to ameliorate our advocacy practices, and to enhance our knowledge on how Academia can be transformed in a people-centred environment.
